I ran across this music event last week. From the opening page:

It’s on October 31st. The problem: It’s in Los Angeles.
I’m pretty sure that’s a bit farther and would need a few more dollars than I have to spend on a show…
…that, and going alone to a show on the west coast doesn’t sound like the coolest thing ever.

How do you feel about Simian Mobile Disco — I’m very meh on them.
I don’t have a special place in my heart for Simian Mobile Disco. They are fine and they pop up in my iTunes Genius mix occasionally…and when they do, it fits. But I wouldn’t fly to LA for them.
Justice, Crookers…and I’ve got a huge crush on Crystal Castles right now. For them? I’d consider it if I won a scratch of lotto ticket.
